Circular 3

Dear Parents,

Greetings from Saint Soldier Convent School, Tarn Taran

We are delighted to welcome your ward back to school for the academic year 2023-24. The year will be full of ‘student centric learning activities’. Sincere efforts, to give the best to the child, will continue in the school throughout the year. Here, we share with you some important information. We expect your support and full co-operation in this regard.

Regularity of Students: We expect the students to be regular and punctual to school. A minimum of 75% of total attendance during an academic session would be necessary to appear for the Annual Examination.

Long Absenteeism: A pupil who has been absent from school for a month or more, is liable to have his/her name struck off without advance notice. He or she will be considered as a case of fresh admission for the purpose of readmission.

Transportation: The buses and vans ferrying the students to school and back home are not owned by the school. These are outsourced. Undoubtedly, the school takes utmost care to ensure the safety of students, but in case of any untoward incident, the school will not be held responsible.

Fee Payment: School fees should be regularly deposited on time as per the schedule fixed. Non receipt of fee circular will not be considered a reason for non-payment of fees. No student will be permitted to appear in the examination without fee clearance.

Safety and Security of pupils in the school:

1.Safety of children is our top priority. Please do not send any of your relatives/friends to school to meet your ward in the school. No request will be entertained in this regard.

2.Parents/Guardians will not be permitted to meet or take their wards during the school hours. No application shall be entertained in this regard.

3.Parents are not allowed to take children home in the middle on any working day except in emergencies. No half day will be granted to students.

4.All those parents who send their ward to school by personal transport are requested to drop/pick up their ward to/from the ‘parking area’. We do not allow the parent/guardian to come inside the classrooms at the time of drop/pickup. This arrangement is only to ensure utmost safety of your child and avoid overcrowding.

Expecting your unstinting support and cooperation.
